Jordan's Thoughts on the Invention Convention

At Sunnyside every year in May we have a science convention, and as  fifth graders we are required to do it. For my project I am doing a car that runs on compost because your project has to help the earth. Some people are doing partner projects, it is really fun to see every ones projects. But there are some challenges to doing these  projects because, first you have to come up with a project and then make sure that it helps the earth. Also probably a hard thing for me is explaining how it works without making it confusing, some people actually try and make it work which sounds really hard but fun, I only made one of my projects work and it was difficult. This year I will just do a clay model though because you can just make a clay model if you want. I can’t wait till I get to see every ones projects.
